Welcoming, polite staff were eager to help. Had the double room which was cool that controlled the tv. Incredible and marvellous location, walking distance to a famous pedestrian street. It was as expected, had a really great stay for a long time.

Everything seemed amazing, empathic staff, brand-new rooms. We loved hotel's breakfasts for usd 21 per person per day. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a 12th - century cathedral. A lot of food options near the venue.

The hotel was modern, had fab rooms. I booked a room with a really comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, iron and ironing board. So comfortable location to a fantastic art museum. Smooth check-in, absolutely kind personnel.
Shame the bathroom was too small.

Great value, AMAZING service. Amazing pool and entertaining area. Staff were eager to help, that was nice. Separate bedroom and tiled bathroom. The snack bar in the hotel had variety of excellent wines, beers, spirits and tea throughout the day.

It was worth its 4 stars. The room is pleasant, and the staff is great! Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Besides, zurich zoo is 10 minutes' drive away. The decoration is nice.

It's attractive and competitive value for money, therefore no complaints. Loyal staff and EXCELLENT restaurant. For dinner, we went to Hiltl, it was right next to the venue.
